Bio
For over 35 years, I built my career at the forefront of global finance with Citibank. During my tenure, I spent 24 years leading teams as a relationship manager, unit head, and corporate bank head, managing complex portfolios for corporations and financial institutions across Latin America and other emerging markets.
This front-line experience gave me a unique perspective on the critical importance of risk management. I transitioned to specialize in this discipline, spending 11 years designing and delivering high-impact risk training programs within the bank. This culminated in my role as a senior risk reviewer, where I audited risk-related entities and led a review of the bank's global commercial real estate exposure.
After retiring from Citibank in 2009, I co-founded LOBO Global Advisors, a firm dedicated to providing world-class training for financial professionals. For 13 years as managing partner, we built a reputation for excellence, launching online courses in 2020 to meet evolving market needs.
Today, I continue this mission through my own company, Loso's International & Consulting, Training Company LLC. I leverage my decades of real-world experience to provide elite risk management training for leading consulting firms and financial institutions across the globe.
